The Freethinker of Solving is a solemn poetic form intended to beseech a specific place, originating in The Worth Jobsheet. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is a single quatrain. Use of metaphor is characteristic of the form. A form of parallelism is common throughout the poem, in that certain lines use the same placement of allusions. The second line of the quatrain contrasts the underlying meaning of the first line. The third line of the quatrain reverses the word order of the second line. The first line has twelve syllables. The second line has ten syllables. The third line has six syllables. The fourth line has seven syllables.
