The Questionable Almonds

The Questionable Almonds is a dramatic poetic form intended to describe a chosen subject, originating in The Sightless Procedure. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is a series of tercets. A form of parallelism is common throughout the poem, in that certain lines are required to maintain phrasing. Each line has nine syllables. The third line of each tercet reverses the word order of the second line. The second line of each tercet presents a different view of the subject of the first line.
