The Finger-millet-grain of Passion-fruits is a poetic riddle intended to satirize a lover, originating in The Sightless Procedure. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is two quintains. Use of assonance and consonance is characteristic of the form. The third line of each quintain reverses the grammatical structure of the second line.
