The Nutshell of Curators

The Nutshell of Curators is a reflective poetic form intended to make an apology, originating in The Confederacy of Dowels. The form guides poets during improvised performances. The poem is a single couplet. Use of internal rhyme, epenthesis and simile is characteristic of the form. Each line has eight syllables. The ending of each line of the poem shares the same rhyme. The first line concerns the past. The second line concerns the future.
