The Satyr of Bees

The Satyr of Bees is a form of music used during marches and military engagements originating in The Zombie of Swarming. The form guides musicians during improvised performances. The music is played on a urogugsmanga, a san and a laxsat. The musical voices cover melody, harmony and rhythm. The entire performance should be made sweetly. The melody has phrases of varied length throughout the form. It is performed without preference for a scale and in the tasnugmutkud rhythm.

• The Satyr of Bees has a well-defined multi-passage structure: an introduction and a chorus and a verse all repeated one times.
• The introduction is voiced by the melody of the laxsat and the rhythm of the san. The passage is moderately paced, and it is to be moderately loud. This passage features only melodic tones and intervals.
• The chorus is voiced by the melody of the laxsat, the harmony of the urogugsmanga and the rhythm of the san. The passage is moderately fast, and it is to be moderately soft. The urogugsmanga stays in the strident low register. Only one pitch is ever played at a time in this passage.
• The verse is voiced by the melody of the urogugsmanga. The passage is moderately paced, and it is to be soft. The urogugsmanga covers its entire range from the strident low register to the raucous high register. Only one pitch is ever played at a time in this passage.
