The Wholegrain Pepper-Plant

The Wholegrain Pepper-plant is a solo performance dance originating in The Practical Atrocity. The rules of the form are applied by choreographers to produce individual dances which can be performed. The dance is accompanied by The Jammy Mangos. The dancer performs along an improvised path, moving with the music. This dance is a refined artform, with three special positions to be mastered. The sluggish dance is punctuated by leaps.

• The dance begins with the passage of the music. This powerful section is punctuated by left leg lifts.
• The dance enters a new section with the next passage of the music. This section is refined.
• The dance enters a new section with the finale of the music. This refined section is punctuated by sway.
• The osmlospo is one of the fundamental dance positions. There should be a backward bend with a leg lift.
• The uranstrostru is one of the fundamental dance positions. There should be a raised right arm with a subtle right leg lift and a low body level.
• The atosmosm is one of the fundamental dance positions. There should be a right leg lift with a leftward bend.
