The Fruity Groats is a war dance originating in The Diagonal Sea-Monster. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by any composition of The Rosy Tones. The dancers perform in several lines, moving to the music's ulong rhythm. The entire dance has a basic movement called the exazgong. There is a series of four steps in a square pattern with a low body level, a raised left arm and a jerking backward bend. The dance is lively.
