The Pod of Beryls
The Pod of Beryls is a sacred solo dance originating in The Grand Confederations. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Green-Diamond Engraving. The dancer performs along a clockwise circle. This dance is a refined artform, with five special positions and five specific moves to be mastered. The dance is flamboyant.
- The dance begins with the verse of the music. The dancer performs very quickly with the music. This section is graceful and undulating.
- The dance enters a new section with the chorus of the music. The dancer performs slower and slower with the music. This section is punctuated by raised right arms, raised arms and movement along the line of dance.
- The dance enters a new section with the bridge-passage of the music. The dancer performs very quickly with the music. This joyous section is punctuated by low body level and elaborate footwork, with large moves.

Finally, there is a backward bend with a clockwise eighth half turn, a low body level and movement along the line of dance.

- The emsa is one of the fundamental dance moves. First, there is a sinuous spin with an expressive leftward bend, an expressive arm carriage and a refined facial expression. Then there is a right leg lift with a strong raised left arm and movement along the line of dance. Then there is a body level change with a strong leftward bend, a sprightly spin and an undulating arm carriage. Finally, there is a leap.
