The Fruity Groats is a performance partner dance originating in The Fleeting-Unification of Musing. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by any composition of The Graniferous Peduncle. The dancers perform in several lines, moving to the music's emsor rhythm. The partners maintain open contact, communicating intent by pulling away constantly. There are partner changes throughout the dance with the lead turning out counterclockwise. The entire dance has a basic movement called the jonal. There is a series of four steps in a square pattern with a subtle counterclockwise eighth half turn, a graceful raised arm and independent body movement from the lead.
