The Blooming Acorn

The Blooming Acorn is a sacred group dance originating in The Cooperation of Umbras. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Flowery Kaniwa-Grain. The dancers perform in a double circle along an intricate path. This dance is a refined artform, with one special position to be mastered. The dance is punctuated by straight-lined backward bends.

• The dance begins with the passage of the music. The dancers perform slowly with the music. This section is punctuated by sway, with partially realized moves.
• The ked the fundamental dance position. There should be a high arm carriage with an elaborate leg lift performed in succession by group members, a high body level and a graceful hand gesture.
