The Sheaf of Raspberries
The Sheaf of Raspberries is a solo performance dance originating in The Custom of Shoulders. The rules of the form are applied by choreographers to produce individual dances which can be performed. The dance is accompanied by The Instrumental Song as the dancer acts out any composition of The Float of Sploshes. The dancer performs along a counterclockwise circle. This dance is a refined artform, with five specific moves to be mastered. The joyous dance is punctuated by twisting clockwise half turns.
- The kungujith is one of the fundamental dance moves. There is a leftward bend with a kick and movement along the line of dance.
- The udal is one of the fundamental dance moves. There is a right kick with a forward bend.
- The xur is one of the fundamental dance moves. There is a run.
- The ibbekur is one of the fundamental dance moves. There is a crude raised right arm with a run, independent body movement and sinuous movement along the line of dance.
- The ocgothrom is one of the fundamental dance moves. There is a low spin with a strong leg lift and a rightward bend.
