The Graniferous Durian

The Graniferous Durian is a sacred group dance originating in The Mother of Exfoliating. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by any composition of The Peduncular Tone. The dancers perform in several lines, moving to the music's siv rhythm. The subtle dance is punctuated by graceful body level changes, understated leaps and spins.

• The dance begins with the chorus of the music. The dancers perform faster and faster with the music. This passive section is punctuated by graceful raised left arms and independent body movement.
• The dance enters a new section with the verse of the music. This graceful weightless section is punctuated by relaxed arm carriage.
• The dance enters a new section with the bridge-passage of the music. The dancers perform quickly with the music. This section is calm.
• The dance enters a new section with the next chorus of the music. The dancers perform slower and slower with the music. This section is punctuated by counterclockwise half turns.
