The Compatible Morality
The Compatible Morality is a sacred group dance originating in The Conglomerate of Hamlets. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Carefree Harmony. The dancers perform in a circle along an improvised path, moving to the music's siv rhythm. This dance is a refined artform, with three special positions and eleven specific moves to be mastered. The entire dance has a basic movement called the xathod. There is a series of two steps in a triangle pattern with a strong raised left arm and a straight-lined rightward bend. The grotesque dance is punctuated by leaps, clockwise eighth turns and vivacious hand gestures, with movement performed in succession by group members.
