The Kernel of Capers

The Kernel of Capers is a group celebration dance originating in The Faded Petticoat. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Instrumental Ginkgo-seeds-Foxtail-millet-grain. The dancers perform in a single line turning counterclockwise, moving to the music's sak rhythm. The vigorous dance is punctuated by sway.

• The dance enters a new section with the bridge-passage of the music. This spirited energetic section is punctuated by passionate clockwise quarter turns and graceful arm carriage.
• The dance enters a new section with the variations on the theme of the music. This section is punctuated by energetic curved walks and undulating independent body movement.
