The Rosy Quinoa-Grain
The Rosy Quinoa-grain is a sacred solo dance originating in The Curse of Clear-Garnets. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Sprig of Hazelnuts as the dancer acts out any composition of The Tactical Thesis. The dancer performs slower and slower with the music. The sensual refined subtle dance is punctuated by expressive counterclockwise eighth turns.
- The dance begins with the chorus of the music. The dancer performs to the ozu rhythm. There is a basic movement called the mespumng. There is a series of eight steps in a triangle pattern with independent body movement. This section is punctuated by twisting hand gestures, expressive left kicks and fluid raised left arms.
- The dance enters a new section with the verse of the music. The dancer performs to the doram rhythm. There is a basic movement called the dusm. There is a series of two steps in a figure-eight pattern with a low body level and independent body movement. This undulating section is punctuated by leaps and sway.
