The Jammy Bop is a sacred group dance originating in The Confederacy of Dowels. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by any composition of The Musicianly Sprig. The dancers perform loosely mingled, moving slower and slower to the music's warosp rhythm. The entire dance has a basic movement called the vope. There is a series of four steps in a figure-eight pattern with a vigorous raised right arm. The dance is punctuated by aggressive leftward bends and joyous spins.
