The Cranberry of Sand-Pears
The Cranberry of Sand-pears is a group performance dance originating in The Questionable Riverside. The rules of the form are applied by choreographers to produce individual dances which can be performed. The dance is accompanied by any composition of The Ripe Bitter-Orange. The dancers perform in a double circle, moving slowly with the music. This dance is a refined artform, with five special positions and three specific moves to be mastered. The dance is punctuated by relaxed raised right arms and strong clockwise half turns.
