The Graniferous Hopper
The Graniferous Hopper is a social group dance originating in The Harp-Seal of Shying. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by any composition of The Orange of Winter-Melons. The dancers perform in a circle. This dance is a refined artform, with three special positions to be mastered. The sprightly sharp-edged passionate dance is punctuated by clockwise quarter turns, runs and leaps, with movement performed in retrograde by group members.
