The Fruitful Pear
The Fruitful Pear is a solo performance dance originating in The Chronic Barbarity. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by any composition of The Melodic Pitch. The dancer performs along an improvised path. This dance is a refined artform, with five specific moves to be mastered. The dance is punctuated by debauched movement along the line of dance, undulating hand gestures and body level changes, with partially realized moves.
- The dance enters a new section with the exposition of the theme of the music. The dancer performs slower and slower to the kulu rhythm. This section is punctuated by leftward bends and expressive leaps.
- The dance enters a new section with the recapitulation of the theme of the music. The dancer performs very slowly to the omuslone rhythm. This section is punctuated by spins and independent body movement.
- The zesnunsura is one of the fundamental dance moves. There is a leap.
- The buzsp is one of the fundamental dance moves. First, there is grotesque footwork with a rightward bend and a raised left arm. Then there is a subtle clockwise eighth quarter turn.
- The dubtastot is one of the fundamental dance moves. There is a crude raised left arm.
- The ekuragsm is one of the fundamental dance moves. There is a high kick with movement along the line of dance and a clockwise eighth half turn.
