The Oat of Caper-Fruits

The Oat of Caper-fruits is a sacred group dance originating in The Mores of Exhorting. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Cymose Custard-Apple. The dancers perform loosely mingled turning clockwise, moving to the music's xur rhythm. This dance is a refined artform, with five special positions to be mastered. The entire dance has a basic movement called the ciki. There is a series of two elaborate steps in a figure-eight pattern with a raised left arm. The strong jerking dance is punctuated by intense straight walks.
