The Lilac Stamen

The Lilac Stamen is a war dance originating in The Chromite of Loyalty. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Ripe Nut. The dancers perform in a single line, moving to the music's comthad rhythm. The passionate vivacious graceful dance is punctuated by sprightly independent body movement.

• The dance begins with the passages of the music. The dancers perform very quickly with the music. This intense section is punctuated by clockwise half turns and joyous footwork.
• The dance enters a new section with the finale of the music. This intense section is punctuated by sinuous clockwise half turns.
